What is a qualified defender?
Veterans and Active Military, Retired and Active Police Officers, EMS and Fire Department personnel are eligible for a Defender Membership.
Am I able to manage my membership online?Yes! You can do this by logging into your membership account. Once there, choose “Manage Subscription” option. This will allow you to update credit card information, change membership levels, and cancel and reactivate on your schedule.
I’m not sure I made an account. How do I create one?
There is a way to create an account after purchasing. You can have an activation email resent to you by visiting here.
How will I be billed?
You will be billed automatically every month (or every year, if you have purchased a yearly membership) to the credit card on file.
How do I update my credit card information?
Please log into your membership account. Choose “Manage Subscription” option. Choose “Billing Information”. Here you will be able to update your credit card and billing address as needed.
How many times can I bring a guest each month?
For Premium and Elite Memberships, every time you visit the range.
Is my membership good at any location?
How do I prove I am a qualified defender?
Please provide valid proof in the form of a badge or work ID, a retired ID, or DD214 for retired military, when purchasing your membership in the store. If you purchase a membership online, you will need to come into the store and activate your membership with your ID. At that time, you will need to provide valid proof.
When and how can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time for no extra charges. Cancellation must take place before the charge date. Please log into your membership account. Choose “Manage Subscription” option. This will take you to your membership account where you will be able to cancel.
Will I receive a membership card?
No. Your membership is tied to your account in our store. Showing your ID at checkout will automatically apply your discount to your range and merchandise purchases.
What if I want to switch my membership?
Please log into your membership account. Choose “Manage Subscription” option. Choose the option “Swap” on the right side of the page. Here you will be able to choose your desired membership and store location.
